Job Description

In order to advance in your career, a Field Engineer will work across the entire business. Within the field environment, you will plan, direct, and document operations. Learning about the energy sector and being proficient with the different tools and business lines will be a practical aspect of your training. As a leader in the oil and gas industry, you will be expected to pick things up quickly and be handed responsibilities. Fresh graduates or those about to graduate who are interested in potential global leadership roles are what we are looking for. The Congo, Mexico, Canada, Brunei, Ecuador, Guyana, and other places are among those where these positions are available.

What YOU get to DO at this innovative company:

You will be provided 6-8 months of paid, on-the-job training to become an adept problem-solver, who uses the latest technology to deliver exceptional service quality. You will then be promoted to an Oil & Gas Maintenance (or Field) Engineer.
You will begin your career in the United States and eventually move to an international location.
Perform operations, operate equipment, and be accountable for team well site performance, by the end of your training
Manage field operations, including engineering design, maintenance, job planning, and operational reporting
Learn the well construction process and understand the role of different service companies
Support engineers and specialists on-site and help with essential duties, such as risk analysis
Effectively manage a crew and/or processes within a year
Help prepare well site reports and post-job debriefings

What you NEED to SUCCEED in this challenging role:
Must have 0-1 years experience, recent graduates or those graduating in 2024.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or applied science.
