Job Description

We offer you a full relocation package that prepares you for working and living in Finland.

Requirements:
We expect you to have social or healthcare education
Work experience in these fields is considered as an advantage (healthcare assistants, care jobs, support jobs).
Fluent English language skills
Ability to work in a team and independently.
Positivity and value based way of working.
It is a 24 hours care, 7 days a week type of job

Work includes, among other things:

helping the client in his daily activities
basic care
supporting participation, inclusion and communication
household chores
taking care of meals
support in clients’ activities and medical treatment
Care homes have morning, evening and night shifts. The weekly working time is 38 hours and 15 minutes. Vacations and other benefits are determined in accordance with the Avaintyönantajat Avainta Ry collective agreement.

Salary:

Depending on the work experience and position, the basic gross salary ranges from 2200–3300 €/month. Supplements for evenings, nights, weekends etc. will be compensated separately in accordance with the applicable labour agreement.

Guidance for financial support. (You can apply for TMS- support to cover relocation costs like first months’ rent and flight tickets.)

The interview expenses reimbursement up to 100-350 euros depending on the distance
Reimbursement due to relocation or move to the new country after the job has been secured 700-1400 euros, depending on the country of destination
Reimbursement for recognition of qualifications according to actual costs up to 1000 euros
