Job Description

As a product designer, you will work on products that directly interact with customers and employees in the dentistry business. These products will utilize cutting edge applied AI. We are now developing more solutions in the fields of orthodontics (internal) and prosthetics (external), and we are enabling consumers to engage with our AI models through an intuitive and highly productive interface. A minimum of five years of experience is required for a Product Designer or UX/UI Designer, as we aim to improve and develop our new interfaces and product

The candidate should be adept at designing application workflows and user experiences, translating these concepts into visually appealing and functional user interfaces. S/he should also have a strong background in user research, including interviews and usability testing, and value data—both qualitative and quantitative—to inform their decisions. We are looking for someone who is eager to take full ownership of the UX/UI spectrum, focusing on tactical work. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on the tools and interfaces used by our employees and doctors

😉What you’ll do
Make the process of correcting AI-results in the web applications as productive as possible by helping define the AI review, editing and approval flow with intuitive 3D tools and visualizations.
Influence the shape of the product with user interviews/testing and data while executing design work using high-quality wireframes, mockups, workflows, and cross-platform interactive prototypes. (narrative backed by facts)
Manage the full design lifecycle, including research, empathy building, prototyping, user testing, UI, visual design, and specification (ownership)
Specify your design outputs in GitHub tickets to communicate with the developers, or communicate user findings in memos or presentations
Participate in design demos and share your work regularly with the product teams and company leadership (pitch and preach)
Lead new features within the Product Roadmap to enhance our user knowledge and solution portfolio (build the right thing)
Conduct employee/doctor research and competitive analysis to inform and optimize design decisions, ensuring functionality and user-centricity (what we build should be useful and important to employees/doctors)
Design and develop scalable, flexible user experience solutions, focusing on reusability and efficiency, and contribute to a modular design pattern library for consistency across platforms and screen sizes (we build together with other teams)

The perks :
🏡 Excellent work/life balance
💰 Excellent employment terms
🏝 Freedom to work from anywhere you like (and any time you like).
